ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow two working days to process your order. Expect an email within three days to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING FEES: Orders over $89 get free shipping within Auckland. Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using Aramex or NZ Couriers. Their delivery standard is generally 2-5 working days. A shipping fee of $7-12 applies to orders shipped within Auckland. Optional: We do not ship outside of NZ at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We have a 100% satisfaction 90-day return policy. This mean if you and your dog dog don't love our Happy Hour food, we'll give you a full refund within 90 days. You don't even need to return the food but if you do, we'll donate it to a dog rescue we're working with.
