    • What's with the name "Happy Hour"?

      Funnily enough we aren't trying to build the worlds biggest beer brand for our four legged friends. When we thought about our own dogs Merc, Cleo, and Elsa we couldn't go past the fact that there was a definite high point in their day. Well, two actually.. Firstly, when we spent quality time with them and a close second was when it was meal time. Hence the name, Happy Hour! We then went and did a bunch of googling (is that a word?) only to find that the origin of the word is actually the recreational time when Navy Sailors were allowed time off to write letters home to family, loved ones and friends. We thought that was rather lovely and mirrored our sentiment towards our dogs and so the name stuck.

    • Is Happy Hour safe for your dog?

      Absolutely! Happy Hour is concocted with real meat and AFFCO approved ingredients, so it’s safe for all dogs. And the best part? It tastes great! To ensure a balanced diet, if your dog is a large breed puppy we would suggest find a food formulated specifically for them.

    • How do I check the status of my order?

      After processing your order, we'll send a confirmation email with your delivery tracking number(s). If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk mail folder. You can also check the status by logging into "My Account" at the top right of our webpage, going to Order History, and selecting the order you wish to view.

    • Do you offer samples or refunds?

      We want to remove all the risk from our customers so every bag of Happy Hour comes with a 100% Money Back Guarantee - effectively making it a sample pack. If your dog doesn't like it, let us know and we'll give you your money back no questions asked. You don't even need to send the food back but if you do we'll donate it to one of the charities we work with.

    • How should I store Happy Hour?

      You do not need to refrigerate Happy Hour. Simply leave it in your cupboard or on the kitchen bench ready for hassle free feeding. Ideally leave it out of direct sunlight

    • My dog's gaining/losing weight but I'm feeding what the bag says?

      Feeding guidelines are there to provide a good estimate of idea portions based on your dog's weight. You can and should vary the amount you feed to manage their changing needs, including feeding less if their activity levels have dropped or they gain weight, or feeding more if they need to gain weight.

    • Can I cancel or change my order after submitting it?

      We understand that plans change and mistakes can happen. We'll do our best to accommodate order changes whenever possible. However, once an order is processed, we may be unable to cancel or make changes. Please make contact as early as you can and we'll do everything in our power to get it fixed

    • How much Happy Hour should I feed my dog?

      Feeding your dog the right amount of Happy Hour is key to keeping them happy and healthy. Each bag of Happy Hour comes with a detailed feeding guide, tailored to your dog’s age, size, and activity level. We’ve made it easy to ensure that your pup gets just the right amount of food to fuel their day and keep them satisfied.
